oN-GOING FArm Transformation Plan

$3000 initial visit and Report plus $1500 repeat visits

This includes an annual visit and unlimited phone support.

This package begins with a full-day, on-site assessment of your operation. During this visit, we evaluate your land, management practices, and long-term goals to identify the most effective path forward.

Following the assessment, we develop a comprehensive written action plan—typically about 150 pages—that outlines the specific steps needed to achieve your objectives. We then provide guidance through virtual or phone consultations as you begin implementing the plan throughout the year.

In year two, or at an agronomically appropriate benchmark, we return for a follow-up visit to evaluate progress and develop your Transition Realization Plan, ensuring that early changes translate into lasting results.

Many regenerative transitions take time. For example, converting dry cropland into forage-rich pasture often requires three to four years for full ecological and economic realization. During this period, clients may request ongoing light coaching to support continued progress and problem-solving.
